Great communication. Explained everything to me even though I was a complete newbie to 3D printing. When my first item came out too big (due to me measuring incorrectly), Marc got a new one made up at the proper size and sent off quickly. The new one fits perfectly. I'd definitely recommend Marc if you're looking to have anything 3D printed for your cosplay.
